This adorable composition baby doll was made by Effanbee in 1920s and is fully marked on the back of her shoulder plate with Effanbee in script. This is one of the earlier Effanbee composition dolls. She measures 28" long.

She has a composition head, shoulder plate, arms and legs. Her composition is in great shape with no cracks or chips. She has all of her fingers and toes. She has the fattest legs and chunky arms! She has clear early type rocker tin eyes which open and close easily, and red lips. Her cloth body is very nice.

She has her original dark blond wig which is very full and nice, which has not been cut. She has her original barrettes in her hair on either side.

She is dressed in a reproduction dress made of vintage print batiste with ecru lace. She has a slip with attached bloomers underneath. She has an Effanbee heart bracelet pinned to the bodice with a satin bows. She has very large feet (4" long) so I made her some new shoes.
